Fundamentals Administrative Resources

SCCM provide adminstrative resources with suggestions and guidelines to assist you in planning for your course. Below you will find information on the Licensed Activities Portal, administrative materials for each course, and the Fundamentals Faculty Academy course.

The course director, with the assistance of the course coordinator, has responsibility for planning, organizing and conducting your selected course. These responsibilities include faculty selection, course logistics, obtaining equipment, establishing participant registration processes, and requesting necessary course resources (audiovisual equipment, skills station equipment, catering, etc).

Detailed guidelines for course administration, including timelines, sample schedules, equipment lists, and forms, are provided to site coordinators/directors after course dates are set. The Licensing Team can answer questions or discuss your plans with you. To reach a member of the team, please call +1 847 827-6888 or email licensing@sccm.org.

The Licensed Course Portal is a separate website that allows users to purchase, track, and manage courses and learners. An institution ID username and password are required to access the portal.

Through the portal, users are able to:
  • Purchase courses
  • Purchase additional learners
  • Enter dates for upcoming courses
  • Manage and track previous courses
  • Access administrative materials
  • Request course certificates
