Dr. Bagshaw works as an Associate Professor of Critical Care Medicine at the University of Alberta. He is also Canada Research Chair in Critical Care Nephrology and a Clinical Investigator for Alberta Innovates – Health Solutions in Alberta, Canada. In this article, Dr. Bagshaw and coauthors examine the association between frailty and long-term health-related quality of life among survivors of critical illness.
