Cooke, MD, about the article, “The Burden of Influenza-Associated Critical Illness Hospitalizations,” published in the November 2014 issue of Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Cooke is an Assistant Professor of Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine in the Department of Medicine at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan. In this article, Dr. Cooke and coauthors use mathematical modeling and data to examine seasonal influenza and its relationship to critical illness hospitalizations.
