Family Engagement Collaborative

The Society of Critical Care Medicine’s (SCCM) new Family Engagement Collaborative offers a shared learning experience with an aim to enhance positive family engagement in the intensive care unit (ICU). ICU teams are invited to participate focusing on improving patient and family ICU communications and experiences.

The collaborative will run for 10 months, starting in 2019 and ending in 2020. There will be monthly conference calls, educational webinars, and an optional in-person meeting at the 49th Critical Care Congress in Orlando, Florida, USA in February 2020.

Review the Family Engagement Collaborative Informational Sheet for full details.
