The 2025 Critical Care Congress will be held February 23-25, 2025, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, USA. Register now!

Congress registration is open! We have been working hard to create a valuable event and are excited to welcome you to sunny Orlando in February.

Everything you need to advance your daily practice is at Congress. This event is for the whole multiprofessional team; all clinicians will find content applicable to their role.

The program this year is top-notch. It’s comprehensive, it’s science-based, and it covers the latest critical care knowledge. It’s another year of record-breaking new research, with over 10 presentations covering new guidelines and article releases.  You want to provide the best patient care, and the education you’ll receive at Congress will ensure that.

Networking opportunities are abundant. Form and strengthen connections and interact with internationally renowned experts. We find this to be one of the biggest benefits of Congress and what keeps us coming back year after year. First-timers, be sure to attend the first-timers reception on Saturday night. New this year is the Converse and Connect Corner where you’ll find even more opportunities to meet new people who share similar interests.

Congress always showcases the newest tools and technologies. We love walking Connections Central and visiting exhibitors for insights (and some trinkets). Two large theaters will host industry sessions on breakthroughs and other developments. Make sure to check out the popular Star Research presentations and Research Snapshot Theaters. More than 2200 abstracts and case reports were submitted!

Congress is even more worthwhile when you can check off a lot of your professional development goals. Earn 100+ accredited continuing education credits and maintenance of certification points through the in-person event and Congress Digital.

What else are we looking forward to at Congress?

Celebrating our fellow critical care clinicians! The American College of Critical Care Medicine Convocation and SCCM Awards Presentation is on Monday, February 24. This prestigious occasion is one to see!

Attending valuable precourses. Come early and get the most out of your time at Congress. Learn important ultrasound or airway skills at a hands-on course, take a deep dive into AI, enhance your leadership skills, gain updates in pediatric critical care, or―new this year―an extremely cool opportunity for critical care innovators! The Critical Care Innovation Incubator will fuel inspiration and spark collaboration.

  Collaborating with the American Geriatrics Society. Tuesday will feature a geriatric medicine track covering how to create an age-friendly ICU, special considerations in older patients with traumatic injuries, and much more.

Drinking free coffee! We’ll be powering our days at Congress with free coffee from Max’s Cafe. And we’ll surely find our way to the (re)Charge Zone to charge our phones and relax. If you see us, say hi!
