Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival or the deposit will not be refunded.  Check-in time is 3:00pm.  Checkout time is 12:00pm.
 


TRAVEL

The Society of Critical Care Medicine has arranged for special discounts with United Airlines for travel to the Mechanical Ventilation: Trends in Adult and Pediatric Practice Conference in Seattle, Washington. 

Take advantage of the following savings: earn a 2% to 10% discount off applicable fares, including first-class fares. By purchasing your ticket at least 30 days in advance of your scheduled travel, you will receive an additional 5% discount. This special offer applies to travel on domestic segments of all United Airlines, United Express, TED, and United code share flights (UA*) operated by US Airways, US Airways Express, Air Canada, and international segments on United and Lufthansa flights.

SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION

Shuttle Express is providing reliable and affordable airport transportation between SeaTac Airport and downtown Seattle.  If you would like to take advantage of these services please book your reservations in advance by calling (425) 981-7000 or by visiting their website at www.shuttleexpress.com

There are many service options and discounts available.  For example, you can save 75% when two or more people reserve a ride together.  Multiple-Rider Discount example: (1-2 guests $26), third guest rides for just $4 more (one-way to downtown), for a cost of $10 each.  

Their booth is located on the 3rd floor of the parking garage at the SeaTac International Airport.  After you have collected your luggage, follow the red and black signs directing you to ground transportation which is located on the 3rd floor of the parking garage.  Once in the parking garage, proceed to the Shuttle Express booth by following the ground transportation check-in signs.  You will find the booth adjacent to the Ground Transportation Information Center.  The coordinators with Shuttle Express will be wearing red and black jackets or vests and will be there to assist you.
