Pre-registration will be accepted until January 4, 2012.  Thereafter, registrations will be accepted on site only.

Payment Options:

  • American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards may be used to register online, or via phone, fax or mail.
  • Check or international money order (payable to SCCM) may be used to register via mail only.
  • Fees must be paid in U.S. funds and checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank.
  • For information on paying via wire transfer, please contact SCCM Customer Service at the number above.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. All cancellations are subject to a $75 non-refundable processing fee, and must be postmarked prior to January 4, 2012, to be eligible for a refund. Any cancellation postmarked after this date will not be refunded. Exchanges and substitutions are not allowed at any time. Dates for the 41st Critical Care Congress are subject to change and/or cancellation. In the event of a change/cancellation, only individual registration fees will be reimbursed. Please allow four weeks to process refunds.
