Critical Care Statistics in the United States

The Society of Critical Care Medicine’s (SCCM) pamphlet Critical Care Statistics in the United States was created to serve as a reference tool to use when conducting efforts such as advocacy, public relations and general education. This pamphlet contains statistics on many of the current issues in critical care including acuity, cost savings, critical care patients, ICU facilities, length of stay, shortage and staffing/salary.
