Thank you for attending the 41st Critical Care Congress!  To evaluate the sessions and obtain credit, please follow the steps below.

Continuing Education
STEP 1. EVALUATION - please complete the evaluation for the sessions you attended.

Step 2. OVERALL EVALUATION /Claim credit
Upon completion of the overall evaluation, you will be directed to claim credit.  You will need your SCCM customer ID (can be found on your badge or contact SCCM if you have forgotten it) and password to claim credit. 

To reprint your CE/CME certificate go to www.mysccm.org, go to the CE module and click on the activity you need to reprint.

    Learning Objectives

    At the conclusion of the 41st Critical Care Congress, participants should be able to:

    • Apply new knowledge and strategies to optimize the care of the critically ill patient that is provided by the multiprofessional team
    • Examine evidence-based medicine techniques to evaluate and improve patient care

Physicians
SCCM is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Nurses
SCCM is an approved provider of nursing credit by the California Board of Registered Nursing (provider #8181). 

Respiratory Therapists
Application has been submitted to the American Association for Respiratory Care for CRCE credit.

Pharmacists
SCCM is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmaceutical education. Pharmacists need to complete a Congress verification form and identify all sessions attended. Upon submitting the verification form to SCCM, a statement of credit can be printed by each pharmacist.
